BMW K110
M-E 131
Built from a BMW K100 RS, this project represents one of the most advanced K-series builds ever to leave our workshop. Developed in close collaboration with Powerbrick, whose products we proudly represent in Switzerland, this motorcycle combines aggressive styling, modern performance and full road legality.
From the beginning, the goal was clear: preserve the iconic black and red identity of the original K100 RS while pushing its design into a much more aggressive and contemporary direction.
The rear section has been dramatically shortened, creating a long, stretched silhouette that visually lowers the bike and emphasizes its muscular proportions. A custom seat cowl, specifically selected and adapted to perfectly follow the lines of the K-series tank and bodywork, completes the transformation while maintaining a cohesive factory-like appearance.
The result is a motorcycle that still feels unmistakably BMW, yet looks decades ahead of its original design.
While the styling draws immediate attention, the chassis upgrades transform the riding experience.
The inverted front fork dramatically improves front-end precision and braking feel compared to the original setup. Combined with high-performance braking components, the motorcycle gains a level of confidence and control that the factory K100 could never deliver.
The large rear wheel and exceptional spoked rims reinforce the bike's powerful stance while providing a perfect visual balance between classic and modern design cues.
LED lighting has been integrated throughout the motorcycle, including the rear lighting system, which is discreetly incorporated into the bodywork.
The goal was to remove visual distractions and allow the lines of the motorcycle to speak for themselves. Every bracket, every mounting point and every visible component was designed or selected to contribute to the overall harmony of the machine.
This attention to detail is what transforms a custom motorcycle into a Meister Engineering build.
What makes this machine particularly special is that Meister Engineering is the only company to have developed official DTC homologations for numerous Powerbrick components. Every major modification has been validated, tested and approved, allowing this bike to retain its registration while offering a level of customization rarely seen on a road-legal K100.

This motorcycle incorporates numerous Powerbrick components, including the beautifully machined fuel cap and the custom triple clamp assembly.
The cockpit is built around a Motogadget Motoscope Pro, seamlessly integrated into the Powerbrick upper triple clamp for an exceptionally clean appearance. Combined with the mini switchgear and simplified controls, the result is a minimalist rider environment that feels both modern and purposeful.
Every detail has been carefully considered to eliminate visual clutter while improving ergonomics and usability.
The exhaust system was entirely handcrafted for this project and developed around a silencer supplied by Unit Garage, another brand we proudly distribute.
Instead of following conventional K-series layouts, the system rises dramatically alongside the motorcycle and exits just beneath the seat. The exposed stainless steel pipework, with its visible TIG welds and handcrafted bends, has become one of the defining visual elements of the build.
More than just an exhaust, it is a sculptural piece that highlights the engineering behind the motorcycle and reinforces its raw mechanical character.
A Motogadget Chronoclassic Pro instrument provides all essential information in a compact package while maintaining a classic appearance. Blending modern technology with vintage styling, it perfectly reflects the philosophy behind the entire build.
The ME131 is more than a custom BMW K100. It is a demonstration of what becomes possible when modern engineering, homologation expertise and thoughtful design come together.
Aggressive without being excessive. Modern without losing its heritage. Fully homologated without compromising the vision.
A true road-legal Powerbrick icon.
