BMW K100
M-E 139
Starting from a BMW K100, this build represents one of the most advanced transformations ever developed in our workshop. More than a custom motorcycle, it is the result of years of engineering, testing, and homologation work, combining aggressive design, modern performance, and full road legality.
At the heart of the project is our signature rear-end conversion, a modification for which Meister Engineering owns the Swiss homologation. The complete rear suspension architecture, structural rear frame conversion, and rear-set foot controls have become a defining feature of our K-Series builds. This extensive transformation dramatically changes both the appearance and riding dynamics of the motorcycle while remaining fully compliant and road legal.
The engine itself has been thoroughly serviced and refinished in a satin black treatment, creating a striking contrast with the raw aluminum bodywork and handcrafted details throughout the motorcycle. Every visible mechanical component has been carefully restored, refined, and assembled to the highest standard.
Custom carbon fiber side panels have been integrated to extend the lines of the fuel tank and visually tighten the entire center section of the motorcycle. These details create a seamless transition between the bodywork and frame while adding a subtle technical touch that perfectly suits the character of the build.
The front end has been completely re-engineered using BMW S1000RR upside-down forks combined with S1000RR braking components and Brembo calipers. Paired with low clip-on handlebars, the result is a perfectly balanced riding position and an unmistakably aggressive silhouette. Steering precision, braking performance, and front-end feedback are brought into a completely different era, far beyond anything the original K100 could offer.
To complement the chassis, the motorcycle is equipped with custom homologated spoked wheels, developed specifically for this project. Together with the upgraded suspension and braking system, they transform the riding experience into something remarkably close to a modern sport motorcycle while preserving the unique character of BMW’s legendary flying brick engine.
One of the most distinctive elements of the build is the fully custom exhaust system. Designed and fabricated specifically for this motorcycle, the exhaust exits centrally beneath the seat, creating an exceptionally clean and minimalist rear profile. The seat cowl itself doubles as a functional heat shield for the silencer, blending engineering and design into a single elegant solution.
As with all Meister Engineering motorcycles, the electrical system has been redesigned from the ground up. Integrated mini-switches with hidden wiring, ultra-discreet 3-in-1 LED indicators and taillights, a modern LED headlight, and a Motogadget Motoscope Pro dashboard bring contemporary functionality while maintaining a remarkably clean appearance. Even the CNC-machined fuel cap and numerous billet aluminum details were selected to ensure every component contributes to the overall design language.
What makes this motorcycle so special is its versatility. It is easy to ride, fully homologated, It offers the character, sound and mechanical soul of a vintage motorcycle while delivering the performance, braking and reliability expected from a much more modern machine.
The result is a BMW K100 that retains the soul of the original machine while delivering a riding experience, level of finish, and visual presence that belong firmly in the modern era.
A motorcycle engineered without compromise, built to be ridden, admired, and remembered.
