For this project, our goal was not to reinvent the Scrambler, but to refine its proportions and reinforce its vintage off-road personality. The first step was the installation of our homologated shortened rear frame, giving the motorcycle a much lighter and cleaner silhouette while remaining fully road legal. The result is a more compact and purposeful stance that immediately changes the character of the bike.

One of the most distinctive features of this motorcycle is undoubtedly its unique color. The owner wanted the bike to match his Land Rover, leading us to create this elegant pistachio green finish. Soft, sophisticated and slightly unconventional, the color gives the Scrambler a personality of its own while remaining faithful to the understated elegance often associated with British vehicles.

The original mirrors were replaced with slimmer units for a cleaner cockpit, while a set of Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires was fitted to reinforce the scrambler character. These tires offer an excellent balance between road performance and light off-road capability, while visually transforming the bike with a more adventurous stance than the original equipment.

Performance and sound were enhanced through the installation of a Vance & Hines exhaust system. Besides reducing visual bulk, the exhaust brings a deeper and more engaging soundtrack to Triumph's twin-cylinder engine, adding even more personality to every ride without compromising the motorcycle's everyday usability.

The Triumph Scrambler 900 has always been one of the most charismatic modern classics ever produced by the British manufacturer. Inspired by the desert racers and scramblers of the 1960s, it combines timeless styling with modern reliability, fuel injection, excellent road manners and the unmistakable character of Triumph's parallel-twin engine. It is a motorcycle that feels equally at home on winding country roads, urban streets or gravel tracks, carrying the spirit of adventure that made the original scramblers legendary.

A handcrafted BAAK leather seat was selected to complement the new rear section. Its warm cognac tone creates a beautiful contrast against the darker mechanical components and perfectly matches the vintage-inspired spirit of the build. Matching fork gaiters were added at the front to reinforce the classic scrambler aesthetic and provide additional visual balance.

To further enhance the vintage look, the knee panels on the fuel tank were finished in brushed aluminum, creating a subtle contrast against the pistachio paintwork. The same treatment was applied to the high-mounted front fender, adding a touch of craftsmanship while emphasizing the motorcycle's off-road inspired design language.
