One of the most significant transformations on this project was the modification of the rear frame. The original VanVan's long and bulky rear section was replaced with a much shorter and cleaner design, giving the motorcycle a far more balanced and dynamic profile. Thanks to our DTC-certified rear frame conversion, this modification remains fully road legal while dramatically improving the bike's overall aesthetics.

The fuel tank was refinished in a brighter and more vibrant red, complemented by a classic white graphic inspired by vintage motorcycles. To reinforce the custom look, the wheels, engine, and numerous chassis components were refinished in satin black. Removing the original fenders further cleaned up the design and emphasized the VanVan's minimalist scrambler-inspired personality.

The Suzuki VanVan 125 has earned a loyal following thanks to its unmistakable character. With its oversized balloon tires, lightweight chassis, and relaxed riding position, it was originally designed as a fun and versatile machine equally at home on city streets, coastal roads, and sandy tracks. Its playful personality and timeless styling made it the perfect foundation for a custom build with a strong retro spirit.

With the shortened rear frame came a completely redesigned seat. The original thick and oversized saddle was replaced with a slimmer custom-made unit that follows the lines of the motorcycle far more naturally. The result is a lighter visual appearance, improved proportions, and a more purposeful stance without sacrificing everyday comfort.

The cockpit received a complete overhaul with the installation of a Motogadget Tiny speedometer and a lower, cleaner handlebar setup. These modern components bring improved functionality while preserving the motorcycle's vintage spirit. Every detail was chosen to simplify the visual appearance and create a more refined riding experience.
