Story of the bike:
“What motivated me most about this project was the energy it created around itself. Bringing together ten enthusiasts, ten different visions, and turning all of that into something tangible. It was also a great excuse to spend time together, share memorable moments with fellow enthusiasts, and build something that truly reflects who we are.
For my build, I chose an approach that might seem simple: creating a scaled-down version of one of my motorcycles — The Red One. It means a great deal to me; I’ve poured a tremendous amount of passion into it, and it’s never easy to recreate a machine that already has a genuine soul. A muse is not easily copied.
What drives me when it comes to vehicles is engineering, performance, and forms shaped by function. That’s why I naturally gravitate toward choices that improve handling, behavior, and the pure enjoyment of mechanics.
In the end, this Monkey embodies exactly that: passion, performance, and great times shared with friends.” A.L.
