Story of the bike:
“I chose to be part of this project for several deeply personal reasons. First, I’ve always been drawn to the idea of creating something as a group. There’s something meaningful about sharing a vision with others, especially when that vision comes from one of my closest friends, someone I’ve known, trusted and cherished our relationship since childhood. Being part of this journey makes the experience far more valuable than simply owning a motorcycle.
What truly inspired me was the opportunity to transform an everyday object into something entirely unique and personal. This Honda Monkey is not just a bike to me; it’s a combination of my life’s happiness. I chose a deep bottle green color because it symbolizes hope, but also reminds me of the elegance and richness of a fine wine-something timeless, full of character and what I enjoy since my 30th birthday.
The havana-colored seat was an obvious choice, as I’ve always loved the warmth and sophistication of this color combination. On the side, I added “NAMAJE,” which represents the initials of my wife and children. It’s a subtle but powerful reminder of what matters most to me. I also included six dots, symbolizing my wife, myself, and our four daughters: my entire world.
Finally, I selected bike number 9 out of 10 because it corresponds to my wife’s birthday (09/10). To make it even more special, this motorcycle was a gift from her, which gives the project an even deeper emotional value.
This is more than a motorcycle-it’s a piece of my life.
